Touch of Home Cabin

Our cabin is located in a small cabin and residential community near Seven Springs Mountain Resort and Laurel Hill State Park in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania in Somerset County.  This is a great get-away location from March through October. 

Text Box: Inside and out our Touch of Home Cabin offers a friendly, relaxing, warm and cozy atmosphere. The Cabin is on 1 ¾ acres that are wooded and landscaped with many different flowers and shrubs. You might enjoy a visit from deer, wild turkey, squirrels, rabbits, ground hogs, song birds and other animals. The cabin sleeps up to 6 - There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with bunk beds. A roll-away bed is available and one person could sleep on the sofa. We also have a portable crib available. The cabin has a modern kitchen (except a dishwasher!) - Full size gas stove, refrigerator, and medium size microwave oven Assortment of electric appliances. An abundance of cooking dishes and tools, table and silverware (service for 8) Our cabin has an electric fireplace which can be enjoyed year round. In the warmer months there is a front deck and rear porch from which to enjoy family time in God’s creation. We provide a TV, VCR and DVD player - some children and family movies. TV via antenna has two digital channels. There is also at least one radio The cabin has full bath (tub/shower combination). Oil hot air furnace for colder times and window air conditioners for warmer times. Cabin is on quiet private dead end road There is a fire ring. Firewood can be bought in the local area. We provide a gas grill and picnic table. Cell phones should work at the cabin Fenced in backyard (4 foot high fence). Family games

If you have rented our cabins before we need to inform you in January we sold our Kimmel Cabin.  We have decided to keep renting our Chickadee Cabin.  Thus it is no longer for sale.
